Adidas Women's Challenge

WELL DONE and a huge thank you to all of our 2009 Adidas Women's Challenge runners.
The 2010 Adidas Women’s 5K Challenge is a fun run for women of all ages taking place in Hyde Park, London; the City Centre, Birmingham; and Sefton Park, Liverpool. This is a great event - enormous fun and perfect if you haven’t run seriously before - you can run, walk or jog at your own speed.
If you are interested in competing for Autistica, please register your interest by emailing Lynn Hart and we will let you know when you CAN register. Alternatively, please visit the Adidas Women's challenge website.
Whether you are running to beat last year’s PB, running for the very first time or planning to just get round, we will be with you every step of the way to help you achieve your own challenge – and have lots of fun on the way!

Cheering points
We will be delighted to send T-shirts and cheering sticks to your family and friends who will be there on the day to cheer you on. Then you can easily spot them!
