The Corporate Partnerships Officer will join our incredibly dynamic and passionate fundraising team. You’ll ensure that Autistica is providing best-in-class account management to our corporate partners, leading on the day-to-day support given to our portfolio of small-mid level partners and providing superb hands-on support to the Corporate Partnerships Manager with our large corporate partnerships.

About you

You’ll be a self-starter, who enjoys building proposals that are tailored to our partners and our corporate prospects. You will have knowledge of our key partnership sectors: banking, asset management, fintech, games, retail and will quickly identify the strategic fit between our work and the needs of employers. You’ll be promoting benefits of neurodiversity in the workplace and the assets that autistic people can bring to specific sectors and employment roles, through our employment-specific programme, DARE and Autistica Play. You’ll use this knowledge and approach to identify target prospects and build relationships.

You are a confident relationship-builder who enjoys finding ways to present information in a compelling, passionate and persuasive manner. You will identify appropriate ways to inform and inspire, producing propositions, products, messaging and cases for support which can help engage employees in different roles and different levels of seniority. A creative problem solver, with attention to detail, you will enjoy creating compelling content that engages our existing and new audiences alike.

You will think strategically, understanding that in a small but highly committed team, you need to be flexible and work on the areas that will yield the greatest income for Autistica, to help us transform the lives of autistic people; comfortable with making decisions quickly and responding to the latest trends, topics and content.
