We are looking for an interim Director of Fundraising to lead, manage and develop our fundraising team to support sustainable growth. This role will be pivotal in developing our priority channels for growth: Major Giving, Trusts & Foundations and Corporate & Games Partnerships, underpinned by our backbone income streams of Individual Giving, Events and Community Fundraising.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strategic approach to growth and strong relationship fundraising capabilities, ideally with a background in marketing, major donor and/or corporate fundraising. Joining a multi-award-winning, happy and successful team, you will play a major role in the Senior Management Team helping shape the future growth and development of the charity, working across the organisation to ensure the fundraising strategy is integrated with the research and communications strategies.

Contract and hours

This is a full-time role (35 hours per week).

The contract length is 9 months with the possibility of extending to 12 months.
