Caroline Copley is a UK public servant and former diplomat with experience of transformation projects large and small. She is passionate about driving connections between large-scale systemic ambitions and individual human outcomes.
Caroline's awareness of autism has developed over recent years, and she is learning all the time about the strengths (and challenges) that people with ASD bring to their everyday lives. At work, as a values-driven leader, she knows that a diversity of perspective helps make teams healthier, more innovative and more resourceful.
Caroline is therefore enthusiastic about promoting the idea that we can all be enriched from accommodating the ASD perspective in the workplace. She looks forward to helping Autistica progress towards its 2030 goals to understand the autistic brain and to develop services that can help autistic people to live long, happy, healthy lives.
