In 2023, streamers and supporters raised a staggering £197,000 to help create a mental health and wellbeing tips hub for young autistic people.

What we know about autistic mental health

The autism community has told us that support for autistic people's mental health and wellbeing is a top priority. Research shows that autistic people are more likely than not to develop an anxiety disorder by the age of ten. That's why more evidence-based solutions and treatments for anxiety and depression are needed for all autistic people, including autistic young people.

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Tips Hub

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Tips Hub will give autistic young people and their parents evidence-based tips and resources to support them. And we know games can provide a safe and supportive environment for autistic people to thrive.

That's why the Mental Health and Wellbeing Tips Hub will also include resources to help parents understand gaming. The funds raised will help over 300,000 autistic young people struggling with their mental health.
